This screening process helps in filtering out the best candidates who match the requirements of the client. After the successful completion of the training, candidates are fully ready for the project or technical requirements. The client now conducts the final assessment of the candidates. Since these candidates are rigorously trained, there remains a minor scope of error. Due to this, the bounce rate remains minimal. We also train around 20% of candidates as buffers to ensure precision in the target achievement assigned by the client. We also do this to provide a broader and more accurate selection of candidates.
